WOW! That is all i have to say about this flavor. It balances the heat from the chipotle with an amazing balance of acid and sweet with heat. This is the 2nd of Crystals sauces i have tried,but my highest rated. If you love smoky heat added to your food, this is the one for you. You cant go wrong with this sauce. Its not too hot , and the passion of her work shows. Cant wait to try the rest.
