Roasted Dill Potatoes
- 2 lbs red potatoes, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Original Rilly Dilly Rimmer
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (250 degrees C).
Place potatoes in a large roasting pan or baking sheet lined with parchment paper and toss with oil and Rimmer until evenly coated. Spread out potatoes in a single layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
